Established in 2019, Bella Capelli Salon opened its doors to provide best in class hair, skin, and beauty services. With over 50 years of combined experience, our staff of licensed and certified hair stylists and estheticians are well prepared to give you expert advice, consultations, and amazing results. Whether it be color, styling, haircuts, or skin care, know you are in good hands.
With most of our staff holding many industry leading certifications, we only utilize the best techniques and continually strive to hold ourselves to a high standard in order to bring our clients a salon experience they will never forget, and find no where else.
Policies

Due to the popularity and demand for Bella Capelli services, we would appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations or missed appointments without 24 hour notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service amount.

Bella Capelli is dedicated to providing excellent customer service. We pride ourselves in providing consistent, high quality work that will result in loyal and satisfied clientele. However, in the unlikely event that you are not content with your service, your feedback is welcome. We allow a grace period of 1 week from the initial appointment for any adjustment or correction at no cost to you. Services that are booked both online and over the phone cannot be modified unless it is changed 24 hours in advance. Exceptions to this are only acceptable if your stylist feels that the integrity of your hair will be compromised. This will allow for efficiency when booking services for the time allotted in our system.

Bella Capelli understands how challenging it can be to allocate solitary time for your appointment. We ask that you are aware of the unique challenges children pose in a salon oasis as well as the potentially dangerous items such as scissors, chemicals, and hot irons that can be a serious liability to small business owners. In addition to these oppositions, most salons are an environment for people to recharge and spend some “me time.” Hence,customers and employees alike can be fiercely opposed to children because they detract from the tranquil and relaxing experience. We ask that children under the age of 12 not accompany you unless receiving a service.
