POLICIES

To allow us time to accommodate clients on our waiting list, please make cancellations including service changes at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

 

We require a $40 deposit for any appointment over $150. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation within 24 hours.

We pride ourselves on providing consistently high quality work resulting in a loyal and happy clientele. However, in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your service your feedback is welcome, please call or email. We want you to love your hair and your experience with us. We allow a grace period of 1 week from the initial appointment for any adjustment or correction at no cost to you.

 

We understand how challenging it can be to find time to spend on yourself. We also know that your “me time” may not always align with your salon appointments. We love children and hope you understand we cannot ensure their safety while in the salon. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation and salon experience for our guests. We ask that children under the age of 12 not accompany you unless receiving a service.
